LEDs - The truth and the hype
Much has been written about the benefits of using LEDs for lighting applications and there is a stampede of manufacturers and installers offering LEDs in place of existing lamp sources. Under the header 'Pigs might fly', the men in white coats at Mike Stoane Lighting presented a useful and interesting demonstration of the capabilities and drawbacks of LEDs in lighting and how careful luminiare and lighting design are required when working with them. We are delighted that the explanation boards that accompanied the various working displays have been made available as a PDF file. We trust it will help you to cut through the all the hype.Sustainable design
