New website for Livello flush downlight and architectural lighting system

Our popular Livello range of downlights has been given it’s own website. Formally known as ‘Integrale’ , the system is being developed to include LED modules using Xicato technology. As such, the system is an important solution for architects and designers and we found that a dedicated website is required to present all the information.

www.livello.co.uk

The Livello system allows for a flush fitting range of halogen downlights, LED downlights and halogen spotlights in a universal first-fix housing, offering great design and installation flexibility.
LEDs can be used with either retrofit lamps or our dedicated module using Xicato LED technology

The LED modules are available in 550 or 720 lumen versions, the differences being extra heat sinking and higher driver current for the 720 lumen module.
These may be dimmed according to the driver’s requirements.
Colour temperature can be chosen from warm white (2700K) to neutral white (4000k)

XSM LED downlight module – powered by Xicato

Flush fitting plaster-in LED downlight module

Our new addition to the Livello architectural lighting range are the XSM flush downlight modules. We use Xicato’s excellent LED components for the best colour matching and long-term perfomance. With the high efficiency 40° beam, a smooth output is achieved. The results are much better than those of multi-beam lens arrays that are often used by downlights.

Colour rendering is CRI 80 and CRI >95 is possible with the Xicato artist module which is available to special order. With the artist module, reds and green colours are very well rendered and a colour production nearer to halogen, by comparison with other LED sources, is now possible.

The downlight still has the same footprint (and uses the same first-fix ceiling housing) as our halogen modules and is very compact, considering the light output. This is thanks to the superior heatsinking design of the Xicato module. There are a range of remote drivers available on the market , making it possible to dim the lights through mains-dimming or 1-10V dimming, according to your preference.
