What we do
We are suppliers of quality lighting fixtures and qualified consultants in lighting design. Our geographical area for consultations and face to face advice is within the areas of London, Surrey and Sussex. We will arrange visits to demonstrate and explain our products only within these areas and at our discretion. Please feel free to phone or e-mail about lighting matters and our products. If you live or work in the above areas and feel that you need a visit to discuss your lighting requirements, we'd be delighted to hear from you. Detailed lighting designs and plans may be undertaken. If we feel that we can help you, our initial consultation is free. If you require a further detailed design service, we may charge at a cost of £45 per hour. For this we will produce detailed schedules of luminiares in accordance to our proposals after consultation with yourself. The design charges will be offset against the purchase of products.

Orders
Products held in stock are usually despatched the day following receipt of order. We use a 48 hour courier service. Some products are made to order, such as Axolight and certain MSL products. These may take 2-3 weeks. In all cases you will be notified by e-mail (or post if you've indicated that preference) and advised about your order. We are sometimes able to undertake special products and finishes for your project. The delivery of these items will be discussed prior to a formal order being accepted. Orders for products may be made from this website, or alternatively over fax or e-mail and always in accordance with the terms and conditions on the website. We may choose not to accept an order if we feel that we are unable to carry out the contract to our standards or for any other reason. We will reply to orders with a confirmation of goods, prices and delivery. Payment is made in advance by cheque unless we have agreed in writing otherwise. Prices are subject to VAT at 17.5% and are subject to a delivery charge depending on the weight of the complete consignment. Delivery charges are notified at the checkout section of the website. In any case, will endeavour to deliver within 30 days of receiving your order. If we are unable to do this, we will notify you. You may then wish to, or not, wait longer for the goods or accept an alternative product. All goods remain the property of Cadenza Lighting Ltd until the delivery is accepted and the contract closed.
Please note that we only deliver within the UK.


Returns
You may return any product to us within 10 days of receiving the delivery. Please contact us first if you wish to do this. Product should be returned in the original packaging. We will refund the full amount to the original account with the exception of the return carriage, providing that the goods have not suffered damage during the return that renders them unsaleable. Please call us first. If a delivery to you suffers damage in transit, please notify us within two days. Please also notify us of any faulty goods. We will refund any return carriage and will sent replacements, if required, at our cost. You are required to take reasonable care of products that you may wish to return. We may not be able to refund goods that have suffered damage due to careless handling. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of non-standard products.
